Rodnie Gollarza

CEO

Rodnie, leading Goodness, is committed to catalyzing transformative change within each participating school. With extensive experience and a strong vocation in developing emotional intelligence programs for children and youth, his dedication fosters meaningful transformation for all involved within each school. 

He firmly believes that nurturing emotional well-being from an early age can lead to lifelong resilience and success. Rodnie passionately leads the dedicated team of professionals, convinced that teamwork is the key to Goodness’ success.

Nicole Rzonzew

Psychoeducational Director

Draws upon her extensive experience as a teacher and counselor to lead impactful strategies for students’ emotional development. Her mission is to nurture kindness and understanding within classrooms, fostering connections between teachers and students. 

Nicole equips educators with practical tools to understand students beyond surface behavior, empowering them to guide students toward their full potential. Her commitment to these connections reflects her belief in education’s profound impact on future generations, and she’s excited to do this through Goodness.

John Moreno

Strategic Partnerships and Implementation Director

John brings his long trajectory of experience working in K-12, higher ed, and not-for-profit/ foundation, organizations providing access to underserved communities for better opportunities. 

His determination to transform the educational landscape by working in visionary programs, brings to Goodness a unique perspective to make sure we engage with the right partners and innovate in our approach to create emotionally safe school ecosystems. 

John knows that Socio-Emotional and Empowerment Development is vital for the future and present of our kids, schools, and communities. He develops relationships to maximize results and implement our approach at multiple schools.
