His main goal is to create the most robust, distinctive, useful, and relatable SEED (Self-Esteem and Emotional Development) program for children in the market, accompanied by the best professionals in their fields. With extensive experience in developing technological platforms for different business sectors, Carlos leads our team of developers to create the most innovative platform dedicated to the development of socio-emotional skills for children within schools.
As our technology leader, he ensures that Goodness offers each solution perfectly aligned with the needs of schools, with a simple, direct, and predictive approach for all users. His main goal is for children to achieve their full potential through the use of technology as a tool.
Nicole Rzonzew
Psychoeducational Director
Draws upon her extensive experience as a teacher and counselor to lead impactful strategies for students’ emotional development. Her mission is to nurture kindness and understanding within classrooms, fostering connections between teachers and students.
Nicole equips educators with practical tools to understand students beyond surface behavior, empowering them to guide students toward their full potential. Her commitment to these connections reflects her belief in education’s profound impact on future generations, and she’s excited to do this through Goodness.

John brings his long trajectory of experience working in K-12, higher ed, and not-for-profit/ foundation, organizations providing access to underserved communities for better opportunities.
His determination to transform the educational landscape by working in visionary programs, brings to Goodness a unique perspective to make sure we engage with the right partners and innovate in our approach to create emotionally safe school ecosystems.
John knows that Socio-Emotional and Empowerment Development is vital for the future and present of our kids, schools, and communities. He develops relationships to maximize results and implement our approach at multiple schools.
Denise Petrone
Sales & Partnerships Leader
Denise Petrone is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive with over 20 years of experience spanning MarTech, SaaS Solutions, Higher Ed Tech, Medical Education, and Publishing. Recognized as a top performer, she has been instrumental in driving growth and success for a leading start-up company. Denise’s adeptness at building connections, identifying opportunities, and leveraging solution sales expertise positions Goodness for continued success.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Denise is deeply committed to community service and well-being improvement. As a registered Therapy Dog Team and R.E.A.D Team with Intermountain Therapy Animals, Denise and her black lab pup, Lola, visit schools to provide calm, comfort, therapy, and emotional support to students. They also facilitate reading sessions in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Additionally, Denise is a certified yoga instructor, conducting Wellness Workshops that incorporate yoga and meditation to promote mindfulness and gratitude. She extends her expertise as a coach and mentor, particularly focusing on supporting women and People of Color in small businesses nationwide.
